Warranty & Returns
Our promise: Every Yalara piece is made to be worn and loved, and is covered for one year from delivery against manufacturing defects and premature tarnishing, when worn and cared for as per our care guide. If something isn’t right, write to us at hello@yalarajewellery.com with your order number and a few photos, and we’ll work with you to put it right.
Loss, accidental damage, third-party repairs and normal wear aren’t covered.
Returns: For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If your piece arrives faulty or damaged, email us with your order number and photos and we’ll take care of it.

Complimentary standard shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, the US, UK, Canada and Singapore. Every order is packed with care in Sydney and typically arrives within 2–6 business days in Australia and 4–13 business days internationally. Care
Gold vermeil is 18k gold over sterling silver, a finish made to be worn. Over time the gold layer gradually thins, and a little care helps your pieces stay beautiful for longer.
- Put your jewellery on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
- Take it off before swimming, bathing or exercising.
- Store it in a cool, dry place.
- We recommend avoiding long-term storage in the box your pieces arrived in. Instead, store them in the Yalara pouch.
- Polish gently with a soft jewellery cloth, avoiding abrasives and harsh chemicals,
